EPDM Foam Sheet

EPDM foam (2000mm x 1000mm) is a versatile and durable type of closed-cell foam made from a synthetic rubber compound known as EPDM. EPDM foam exhibits several properties that make it desirable for various applications across various industries, including automotive, construction, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electronics, marine, and more.

APPLICATIONS:

Some common uses include gaskets, seals, weather-stripping, insulation, vibration dampening pads, automotive seals and hoses, expansion joint fillers, and protective packaging.

-Closed-cell structure: EPDM foam has a closed-cell structure which prevents the absorption of water and moisture, making EPDM foam highly water-resistant and waterproof.

-Excellent weather resistance: EPDM foam has exceptional resistance to weathering, ozone, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures.

-Elasticity and flexibility: EPDM foam is highly elastic and flexible, allowing it to compress and deform under pressure, and then return to its original shape once the pressure is released.

-Good thermal insulation: EPDM foam possesses good thermal insulation properties, helping to minimize heat transfer and improve energy efficiency.

-Chemical resistance: EPDM foam demonstrates resistance to many chemicals, oils, acids, alkalis, and solvents.
